Taking Care of Your Teeth
Should I Brush or Floss First?
The sequence in which you brush and floss makes no difference as long as you take your time and are thorough. Look for products that have the ADA's Seal of Acceptance to ensure quality. Choose a toothbrush that feels comfortable in your hand and in your mouth, and use it at least twice a day.
While tooth brushing removes plaque from surfaces, it isn't able to remove all plaque between teeth. Using floss daily or other interdental cleaners helps remove debris from between the teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. An ADA-Accepted dental floss or interdental cleaner is recommended.

Dr. Todd Morgan D.M.D.
Biography
Dr. Morgan graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1985. He was certified in oral appliance therapy for the treatment of snoring and OSA in 1999. He is a founding member of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and served on its Executive Board for several years. He lectures locally on sleep disorders and is internationally published on oral appliance therapy.

Biography
Annette has been working for Dr. Morgan for eleven years and is grateful to be part of such an amazing team of professionals. She feels that the cohesiveness of the staff helps to make a positive impact on clients’ experiences. In her spare time, Annette enjoys snowboarding, painting, scuba diving and cooking.

Biography
Diane has been working in the dental field for fourteen years. She has gained experience in the areas of periodontal dentistry and general dentistry. Diane has greatly enjoyed meeting so many great people and looks forward to creating new relationships with coworkers and patients.
Diane enjoys traveling and scuba diving with her husband of four years. She also finds time to play the piano and read historical novels.

Laura graduated from Loma Linda University in 1977 after spending seven years as a dental assistant and receptionist. She enjoys working in the dental field and constantly meeting new and interesting people.
Laura and her husband of twenty-eight years have enjoyed raising two beautiful daughters and are now spending quiet time traveling together.

She is a Mother to two wonderful boys.

Laura Thoren has been Dr. Morgan’s office manager for ten years. She enjoys working for Dr. Morgan and helping to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for patients.
Laura has been happily married for twenty-five years and is a Mother to four children. She is also a Grandmother to two beautiful babies! Laura and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends. Laura also enjoys being able to volunteer with hospice care in her spare time.

Suzette has been working in the dental field for over twenty-five years, primarily in orthodontics. She enjoys working in general dentistry and keeping up to date with all of the new technologies.
